Accessibility Statement
for this website
Last reviewed: 12 May 2026
AllyUp is built on the belief that digital inclusion is not optional, it is a right. This statement covers the AllyUp marketing website.
Conformance status: Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA
A formal third-party audit is pending. We are actively working to identify and resolve any accessibility barriers on this site.
US Compliance
AllyUp conforms to the Revised Section 508 Standards (36 CFR Part 1194), which incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level AA for web content. AllyUp targets WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA, which exceeds the Section 508 web accessibility baseline.
AllyUp is designed to be accessible in accordance with ADA Title III guidance and DOJ web accessibility standards. Federal courts have consistently applied WCAG as the de facto standard for ADA Title III web accessibility compliance.
Supported Assistive Technologies
- NVDA + Chrome / Edge (Windows)
- JAWS + Chrome / Edge (Windows)
- VoiceOver + Safari (macOS / iOS)
- TalkBack + Chrome (Android)
Scope
This statement applies to the AllyUp marketing website at allyup.ai and allyup-marketing.vercel.app. It does not cover the AllyUp web application (which has its own accessibility statement) or any third-party content linked from this site.
Technical approach
This website is built with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (React / Next.js). We use semantic HTML, WAI-ARIA attributes, and logical heading structure throughout. The site is designed to be fully keyboard navigable and compatible with current assistive technologies.
Known limitations
No formal third-party audit has yet been completed. Until that audit is done, some content may not fully meet all WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria. We have completed internal reviews and resolved known issues.
Disproportionate burden
We have not invoked the disproportionate burden exception for any part of this site.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared by Jake Abma of Allxs B.V. using internal review against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria. An external audit is planned.
