Accessibility Statement
Introduction
Allxs B.V. is committed to making its digital services accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and Directive (EU) 2019/882, as implemented in national legislation, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This accessibility statement applies to the AllyUp web application, available at allyup.ai.
Scope of this statement
This statement covers the AllyUp web application at allyup.ai. It does not cover third-party content or services embedded in or linked from the application.
Conformance status
AllyUp is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549 V3.2.1. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address known gaps.
EU Compliance
AllyUp aligns with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which became enforceable on 28 June 2025. The EAA requires private-sector providers of ICT services, including SaaS products offered to EU consumers, to meet the accessibility requirements set out in Annex I of the Directive.
AllyUp targets conformance with EN 301 549 V3.2.1, the harmonised European standard for ICT accessibility. EN 301 549 incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA for web content; AllyUp targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which exceeds the harmonised baseline.
Where AllyUp is procured by EU public-sector bodies, the Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102) and its national implementations also apply. The structure of this statement follows the model laid out in Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.
An EN 301 549 self-assessment report is available upon request. Contact accessibility@allyup.ai.
US Compliance
AllyUp conforms to the Revised Section 508 Standards (36 CFR Part 1194), which incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level AA for web content. AllyUp targets WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA, which exceeds the Section 508 web accessibility baseline.
AllyUp is designed to be accessible in accordance with ADA Title III guidance and DOJ web accessibility standards. Federal courts have consistently applied WCAG as the de facto standard for ADA Title III web accessibility compliance.
