How do AI credits work?
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits tied to your account and shared across all your workspaces. Each AI action spends credits based on the model and the length of the response, from chat and scans to behavioral tests, voice transcription, and component library translation, and your Billing page shows exactly where they went, by feature and by model. On the free plan, credits are spent whether you use Managed AI or your own key. On a paid plan your own key runs unmetered, while Managed AI moves to a larger monthly allowance of 10,000 credits. Your allowance refreshes when the month resets.
